Being in the overhead garage door business in Rhode Island, we have developed a standard of excellence that we have come to expect from others. Knowing the reputation of some contractors in Florida, we searched for quite some time before we found the right one.

As we drove through Pine Ridge Estates in Beverly Hills, we noticed a builder's sign that advertised "Fagan Construction". Since our last name is the same (no relation), we inquired about their reputation and found it to be impeccable.

We called to set up an appointment to discuss our plans; and at that meeting, we were very impressed. When Linda Fagan said, "if anything was not done to our satisfaction to be sure to let them know", we trusted that they would follow through and we confidently signed the contract.

I designed custom high-end houses in Southern California. We had owned a lot on the Rainbow River since 1982, and in 2006 decided to build and move to Florida. Being a designer, and used to following the design/build process of houses of my design, the challenge was having our house built in Florida while stilling in California.

Our dilemma was finding a Marion County builder that we could communicate with remotely from California during the build process. We were extremely lucky to find Kerry Fagan. He was very conscientious, and I can assure one that being the designer/owner I was a very discriminating camper.

The project turned out to be seamless, and I was impressed with Kerry's selection of sub-contractors.
